Eeny, Meeny, Miney, Mo

I think children are hilarious. I am particularly fond of the 5 year old. It could be because Lael is 5, or not, whatever. Either way, she sure can tickle me pink.

Her personality is really coming out and we always sometimes bump heads and it's really frustrating.

She is clever though. She has found a way to agree with me but also making it seem like it was her decision.

"Mom can I take my snow boots off?"

"Sure but don't leave them in the middle of the floor, set them on the stairs for now."

"But..."

"Stairs"

"But..."

"Stairs!"

"Um..ok, eeny, meeny, miny, mo my mom says put my boot here, but I choose....(spinning around pointing her finger) there."

"Oh my gosh, I picked the stairs too mom!"

Yes, yes you did. She always has to have the last word.
