I know I've been a bit of a ghost the past few weeks. I'm ok. I'm surviving. I'm having kick-ass contractions. But that just means I'm that much closer to meeting the newest member of our family.
I went to the doctors yesterday. He is head down and over 6lbs. The doctors predict he'll be 8lbs.
Ouch.
Lael was 7lbs 4.3 oz so 8lbs seems like a big jump. Maybe I'm being paranoid.
I spent last weekend in PA at one of my best friends wedding. Lael was a flower girl. I was supposed to be a bridesmaid but seriously. Too pregnant.
It was beautiful.
I wore a green maxi dress and my hubby said I looked like a 2-liter of 7-UP. He's a jerk like that.
I'm happy. I'm nervous. I'm not really ready. But I am soooo ready.
Next Friday people. That's 9 days left.
That's like no time at all.
Haha "2-liter of 7-UP" - you have to admit it's a little bit funny... no? Not yet? It will be after this baby is in your arms and everything goes back to normal... or as normal is it can be, I guess. Can't wait to see your little guy!
